As you’ve already saw on our website, we made up a list with the best gay venues in London. Now it’s time to give the ladies out there some information. There aren’t many strictly lesbian bars or clubs, because most venues are very welcoming of both lesbians and gay men. Check out these venues by clicking here. But we’ll take a quick look at London’s best lesbian bar at the moment. No matter where you are in Soho there’s something for everyone, seeing as it’s London’s very sexually liberated district. The LGBT population will have an absolute blast in Soho, we promise that much. The Ku Bar use to host Ruby Tuesdays, the Candy Bar was once a popular lesbian bar and club (it’s closed now), but today the She Soho is the hub for the lesbian ladies out there. Keep in mind that there are numerous gay & lesbian friendly bars and clubs in Soho, but exclusively lesbian ones are hard to come by.
Thanks to the incredibly popular Ku Bar that use to host Ruby Tuesdays, now they bring us London’s best lesbian bar, She Soho. It’s smaller than the previously notorious lesbian Candy Bar, but it makes for a more intimate atmosphere. It’s split into two main areas, the dim bar where things are slightly more laid back while the room next to it is much more stuffy and the dance floor is usually full, especially later in the evenings. Check out their website and see for yourself why the She bar might just restore your faith in the lesbian community in Soho.
